Job Description The Employee Services Coordinator will provide timely, organized, and accurate nursing staff schedules. They will also support employees at Brookcrest by assisting with interviews, onboarding of new staff, and coordinating training schedules. Essential Functions: Timely posting and input of nursing staff schedules, ensuring that master schedule is followed and updated regularly. Post and fill any open shifts or call-ins within a timely manner, as to ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees at Brookcrest. Close out nursing staff time cards for payroll purposes. Skill Requirements Knowledge of scheduling/staffing Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
