The Clinical Care Supervisor works under the direction of the Patient Care Manager and is responsible for coordination of care through the implementation of Multidisciplinary Rounds. The Clinical Care Supervisor works effectively to ensure the implementation of the plan of care and the progress of the patient population relative to the plan of care. This role serves as a clinical resource to the nurses on the floor. Bachelors of Science in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing preferred; Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Pennsylvania National certification in specialty area preferred. BLS and ACLS, as appropriate. Clinical leadership MS office applications Effective oral and written communication skills Document in an electronic health record. Good organizational and time management skills. Building relationships with patients, doctors, colleagues and patient families. Five (5) years of clinical experience.
