Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses with Home Care experience for Part-Time and Per Diem positions. Qualifications of Staff Nurse include: A current Nursing license in Massachusetts. Hands-on nursing experience. Home care experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned. Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include: Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes. Assess, evaluate and teach clients’ regarding their disease processes and treatments. Review, implement and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs. Provide hands-on nursing care like administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, caregivers in care delivery.
