We are looking for qualified Florida Licensed Register Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses that have the same passion and drive that we do to help our clients age safely and happily at home! Immediate visits, or 4-8-12 hour shifts available for in-home care or facility shift work. Requirements to Register as an Independently contracted Caregiver: Valid Driver's License or Photo ID Social Security Card or Employment Tax ID Number Florida RN and LPN License Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints Physical within (6) months that states you are FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES (cannot be signed by a Chiropractor) CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute) HIV/AIDS certificate (minimum 1-hour) (LPN only) 30 hrs of IV infusion training (Optional) Auto registration and auto insurance if providing transportation Previous Employment/ Contract history for the last 5 years Professional Liability Insurance (Strongly Suggested)...
