Genacross Lutheran Services – Napoleon Campus, our goal is to provide the residents of our communities with physical, emotional and support. We are currently recruiting nurses to Effectively interact with patients/residents, families, responsible parties, and other Genacross team members to assure resident safety. Perform initial data collection on all residents and participate in implementing the care plans based on the residents’ needs. Demonstrate the knowledge of medication administration and evaluate their responses to the medications. Plan for resident admissions and discharges while collaborating with the care team regarding long-term and/or short-term needs. Our campus provides a caring environment for elders that promotes social bonds and enhances overall quality of life for our residents and caregivers alike.
