GENERAL SUMMARY Mobile Integrated Healthcare is the provision of healthcare using patient-centered, mobile resources in the out-of-hospital environment (American College of Emergency Physicians, 2020). The Mobile Integrated Health Paramedic (MIHP) works in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and case managers to provide and facilitate interventions in the Emergency Department (ED), Ambulatory Clinic (AC), Hospital and a patient's home or current residence (i.e. Skilled Nursing Facility).
