Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements This position will require driving between multiple defined regional areas including community outreach sites, Harm Reduction Syringe Service Programs and Community Based Organizations in Greenup, Kentucky and the associated service area. Shift This position must be willing to work in different environments (both office-based and on the ground), at times best suited to the community (including some evenings and weekends). This includes hours outside of traditional office hours, i.e. 8am-5pm or 9am- 6pm. Job Summary The Kentucky Finding Cases (KyFC) Project is a KADAP Income Reinvestment Program (KIRP) Innovative Pilot Program.
