Responsibilities: This is a Full-time position, working first shift The primary responsibilities for a security maintenance worker are: Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and team members by patrolling and monitoring premises. Performing various routine maintenance and security assignments Assist other maintenance personnel in the repair and upkeep of physical structures, equipment, and fixtures of The Overlook Life Care Community. Other projects as assigned.
